Hi! I’m KiKee (pronounced kee-kee).
Who am I?
I’m a wife, mother, writer, photographer, performing artist, and most importantly, a woman deeply committed to and grounded in my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His word of protections to us as contained in the Holy Bible and as communicated through His Spirit.
I was told to find my target audience and to write my blogs just for them. Hmmm. I write this blog as a way to share ideas, tips (I guess they’re called “life hacks” now!), and recipes, movie reviews, and much more. It’s difficult for me to zero in on just one “demographic” because I enjoy and am interested in so many different things! There should be something for everyone!
Something about me that’s odd (and probably why I like so many different things) is that my personality is multi-typed. No, not multiple personality like Sybil. I don’t have a personality “disorder”. OK, this isn’t coming out right. Let’s back up and try again.
Have you ever taken a personality test in high school or college to determine your personality “type”? Yeah, well, when I take those, I always end up with multiple types either tied or so close they’re only one or two point away from each other.
Upon finding this out, my college psychology professor said that is both very rare and good. Good because it enables me to see things from lots of different perspectives. While that may be true, it also makes things very confusing at times! When I’m trying to make a decision, it’s rarely by tunnel vision and pin-point focus, cut and dried, because I tend to be very empathetic and am also very aware of many different perceptions and affects a decision may have.
OK, that’s a little look inside my inner workings! 🙂 I also enjoy life, family, and adventures!
As you continue to join me for this new adventure, I will share life lessons I’ve learned, thoughts to perhaps ponder, stories to entertain as well as educate, recipes, tips, etc.
In my store you will find books for all ages which are available for purchase!
The photo above was taken on a nature hike. It was a vivid reminder that all nature testifies of its Creator, just as a painting testifies of its painter. This photo, to me, is both peaceful and joyous with praise…all at the same time. It was the gift of a beautiful day. As time progresses, many more of my photos will be shared as well.
I truly appreciate your stopping by!
Please check back later. I hope to have more to offer you in the very near future!
Everything in life is a choice…
Whether it results in a blessing
or a consequence
is determined largely by the choice made so…
…make it a good one!”
