Stick with homemade Popsicles made of all natural whole foods and no sugar. Your kids (and spouse) can gobble them up and you know it’s good for them.
If anyone has a hard time with being constipated, make what I call poopsicles by putting cored pear, pitted plums, and pitted peaches into the blender with just a little prune juice. Blend until smooth, pour into the Popsicle molds and freeze. They taste great and help, too.
It’s a good way to sneak in vegetables too. Orange-colored squash (butternut?) and pineapple with white grape juice is good too. (Tomatoes are too obvious tho.) Want anti-oxidants? Strawberries and blueberries always taste great when added in. Be imaginative and be surprised. 🙂
